Dr Zoe Williams
GPDr Zoe Williams is a well-known and respected media medic who also has experience in health, fitness and wellbeing, alongside her role as a GP. She is a national advisor to the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) GP clinical champion network and also leads on work to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle with The Royal College of General Practitioners. She is also a new mum.
Her specialist interests include preventive medicine, sports medicine and tackling chronic health through lifestyle measures such as healthy eating and physical activity. She is clinical lead of Public Health England's GP clinical champion network and also leads on work to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyle with The Royal College of General Practitioners. Williams appears as the resident doctor on ITV's This Morning, a weekday morning programme. She offers a second opinion to members of the public that call into the show, as well as commenting on currently relevant health topics.

Miranda Christophers
Psychosexual and Relationship TherapistMiranda Christophers is an accredited psychosexual and relationship therapist and founder of The Therapy Yard - a modern, forward-thinking practice specialising in therapy for wide range of relationship and sexual issues. She has a masters degree in counselling and psychotherapy, and a postgraduate diploma in relationship & psychosexual therapy. Miranda is a visiting lecturer on an advanced diploma in relationship therapy and a frequent media contributor and speaker on topics relating to her field. She is passionate about helping people to overcome difficulties, build confidence and enjoy the relationships and sex lives they would like.
Miranda supports those experiencing psychological, emotional, relational and sexual issues as they go through menopause. She recognises it is a time when many will experience physical and mental effects of the hormonal fluctuations, which commonly affect mood, wellbeing and general sense of self, so mental health is a vital consideration. She also works with partners and couples to work on issues affecting the relationship. Miranda is a member of COSRT, BACP and EMDR UK.

Charlotte Hunter
Menopause NutritionistCharlotte Hunter became a nutritional therapist back in 2010, when she gained her BSc in Nutritional Medicine from the University of West London.
Since then, Charlotte has spent the last 10 years helping men, women and children eat well and be healthy. Her firm belief is that food can be healthy and delicious and can support a number of medical conditions and issues.Charlotte says: “As women, we know our bodies can be ruled by our hormones – our monthly cycle demonstrates this only too well! But what is less known, is that food can help balance out our hormones and keep us on an even keel, making our conditions and challenges less impactful and more manageable.”
Charlotte has been a registered and qualified Nutritional Therapist for 10 years and has spent that time helping clients to use nutrition to support and manage a whole range of challenges and conditions.
Charlotte’s focus is now helping women navigate the menopause and she is a member of The Menopause Society. -
James Wilson
Sleep ExpertJames (AKA The Sleep Geek) is the founder of kipmate, and is recognised as one of the world’s leading sleep experts. He is a practitioner and educator who works extensively with organisations and sports teams, creating cultures that help people sleep better. Currently he is the sleep expert for both the Men and Women’s Teams at West Ham United and has worked with organisations like Coca Cola, Zurich Insurance, Ernst & Young, Marks & Spencer, Pret a Manger and the NHS.
Every year he works with tens of thousands of poor sleepers, helping them have a better understanding of sleep, and how to get better kip. His approach is about explaining the simple science behind sleep and easy to apply tools and tips that really work. He is a popular choice on TV and in the media, with regular appearances on This Morning, BBC Breakfast and Steph’s Packed Lunch and a familiar voice on BBC Radio.

Professor Ellis Downes
Obstetrics and GynaecologyProfessor Downes has been a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology since 1999. After 11 years as an NHS Consultant at Chase Farm Hospital in North London, he is in fulltime independent private practice. His special areas of interest include Endoscopic Surgery, Urinary Incontinence and Endometrial Ablation.
He holds a Degree in Medicine from the University of Leicester in July 1989 and became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in November 1994 and a Fellow in 2008. He is a Member of various societies including:
- The British Society of Gynecologic Endoscopy - International Society of Gynecologic Endoscopy - International Continence Society
And has had many research publications and has co-edited a text book of gynaecological surgery (“Advances in Gynaecological Surgery”). -
Dr Shahzadi Harper
Perimenopause ExpertDr Harper is not only a doctor, but a woman too. She is a forward thinking menopause and perimenopause wellbeing doctor who always thinks of the needs of each woman individually. She is Author of The Perimenopause Solution and Founder of The Harper Clinic in Harley Street, London.
She’s a medical doctor, who graduated from University College, London, and has an integrated holistic and medical approach. She understands how hormonal imbalance and weight can affect both physical and mental health. She believes for a woman to look and feel optimal you have to have a 360-degree mind, body and soul approach- each symptom cannot and should not be addressed on its own. She’s also not afraid to talk about subjects such as libido, vulval and vaginal health to help women regain the confidence and sexy back.
Dr Harper is passionate about being an advocate for positive change, by optimising the way menopause is managed and perceived. She believes our age should not define us! -
Dr Charlotte Woodward
Aesthetic MedicineDr Woodward graduated from Leicester University Medical School and worked as a GP before specialising in aesthetic medicine. She has worked in the sector since its infancy, and is an accomplished and is an experienced lecturer and industry trainer.
She was an early adopter of cosmetic injections and thread lifts and was one of the first in the UK to undertake non-surgical breast lifting using threads.
Dr Woodward is the co-clinical director for River Aesthetics along with Dr Victoria Manning. -
Dr Victoria Manning
Aesthetic MedicineDr Victoria Manning trained as a GP and later combined her extensive clinical expertise, artistic flair and deftness to specialise in aesthetic medicine. She is a co-clinical director for River Aesthetics along with Dr Charlotte Woodward.
The flagship clinic in Bournemouth, is a prestigious, state-of-the-art cosmetic and wellness clinic offering a range of health, wellness and aesthetics treatments. The pair founded the clinics with the aim of helping their patients to be the best version of themselves. Carolina Botero Gaviria
Health CoachCarolina is a certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (May 2019) and an Adapt Certified Functional Health Coach (A- CFHC) from the Kresser Institute (May 2021).
She currently runs a certification in Stress, Anxiety, and Self Regulation at the Heart Math Institute. She is passionate about holistic wellness and believes that each of us is the author of our health and that we can build it day by day through healthy lifestyle habits.
